YOUTH SPORTS PERFORMANCE TRAINING

 Aimed towards molding the complete High School Student Athlete.

The programs are tailored towards the Athlete’s goals and sport-specific needs. Strength and Power programs are also prescribed based upon the Athlete’s chosen sport.

- Improve overall athleticism with plyometric, speed, and agility drills. 

- Introduction and implementation of a primary weightlifting program/technique for power, speed, and strength production.

-Position specific drill work to improve all aspects of being a high-caliber Student Athlete!

- 45 Min Small Group(2-4) Session
-10 min Pre-Workout/Mobility
-20 min 5 Station Total Body Circuit
-10-15 Workout of the day(WOD)
- Peloton Cycling Access 3 x Week
-1 FITAID Recovery Drink per Session
