YOUTH SPORTS PERFORMANCE TRAINING

 Aimed towards molding the complete High School Student Athlete.

The programs are tailored towards the Athlete’s goals and sport-specific needs. Strength and Power programs are also prescribed based upon the Athlete’s chosen sport.

- Introduction and implementation of a primary weightlifting program/technique for power, speed, and strength production.

Xplosive  Bootcamp is based on a combination of strength and cardiovascular exercises, by integrating push-ups, pull-ups, squats, kettlebells, battle ropes, and other strength builders with running, sprinting drills and plyometrics designed to increase speed and build cardiovascular endurance.  #litework
