Xplosive Boot-Camp is a 45 Minute, High Intensity workout incorporating cardiovascular endurance and strength training. This combination allows for maximum fat burn and building of lean muscle. Our Xplosive Workouts can be modified by Coach Cason for any fitness level making them ideal for those new to fitness training all the way to the seasoned Athlete. All movements will be explained during class so No Prior Experience is Necessary. We incorporate movements like pushups, pull-ups, lunges, Battle Ropes, Resistant Bands, medicine balls, kettlebells, and LOTS of Core and Cardio in addition to using TRX, Airdyne bikes, rowers and running. (Different Workout each day)
