Xplosive Fitness offers a Strength and Conditioning program for anyone looking to get into the best shape of their life. Our 45 min workouts change each day and are made up of weightlifting, running, plyometrics, kettle-bells, sandbags and other functional movements. You will never be bored. Our programs are suitable for ALL fitness levels beginners to advanced. Xplosive Athletes will experience a challenging, functional and fun workout every session.
We are not your typical Fitness Community, and we understand the concept that there are no quick fixes, gimmicks, or false promises here. Coach Cason believes that true health and fitness cannot be found in fads or infomercials.

What do you love most about coaching your Athletes?
What I love to see is not only the physical transformation that so many people make, but also the mental transformation they experience after COMMITTING themselves to our program. Often times people are surprised to learn what their bodies are capable of. Helping our athletes understand and reach their potential is one thing I am most passionate about.
I love to see a person get their first box Jump or their first Kettle Bell Swing. The way they hold their head a little higher in class or that big smile across their face has no words. The increase in self confidence that usually follows a physical transformation can carry over into so many areas of one’s life; not just here at Xplosive. If we have patience and put in the work, we are all capable of so many more things than imaginable.
How did you end up as a Gym owner/Coach? What path brought you here?
I learned early how the body works and the importance of many facets within fitness. I realized that being in tune with my body gave me a more positive attitude on life.
While serving as a medic in the Army, I became heavily involved in being a Master Fitness trainer and coaching a youth basketball AAU team. This first coaching experience fueled a passion to share my philosophy of healthy living and how to achieve your optimum fitness with athletes of all ages.
I have ran a successful personal training business in Texas and Maryland since 2004. I have enjoyed helping hundreds of athletes not only meet, but exceed their fitness goals.
Knowledge is power. I have searched for many ways to improve my own performance, as well as, my understanding of what physical fitness and general well-being truly is. I like to stay on the “edge” with my fitness approach by delivering quality, informational & fun services that speaks for itself in the results to my clients. In 2009, I discovered CrossFit and was hooked instantly. The CrossFit philosophy of "constantly varied, high intensity, functional movement" was an “aha”moment for me & made me want to become more involved.
With a diverse background strength and conditioning & over 20 years of experience, I can truly say I bring a love of research, coaching and personal improvement to the Hinesville/Fort Stewart.
